Customers who spend $150 on products either in store or online from Forster Cycles & Nutrition or Big Air Indoor Bike Park will receive one (1) "Buy One Get One" session pass for every $150 spent or Free Pass on Bike Purchases, stackable up to a maximum of four (4) BOGO passes per transaction.
Free Pass on Bike Purchases
Under $500:
• 1 free session pass
• 1 BOGO pass - $500–$999.99:
• 1 free session pass
• 2 BOGO passes
- $1000–$1999.99:
• 1 free session pass
• 3 BOGO passes
- $2000 and above:
• 1 free session pass
• 4 BOGO passes
T&C's
1. Pass Usage
- All passes must be used within twelve (12) months of the purchase date.
- Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or any payment.
- The "Buy One, Get One Free" offer must be utilised in the session directly following the paid session.
- Passes are non-transferable and each pass must be used by the same rider per session. Sharing the second hour free pass with other riders is not permitted.
- All free passes and "Buy One, Get One Free" offers are valid for general entry bike and scooter sessions only.
2. Waivers and Entry
- All riders must have a signed, valid waiver to enter the park.
- Passes are single-use and will expire at the time of booking.
3. Booking Procedures
- Following check out and payment, customers will receive a promo code to Big Air Indoor Bike Park's online booking system. All session must be booked online using the promo code provided to receive the discount. Due to limited availability, walk-ins may not be accepted. It is highly recommended to book online to avoid disappointment.
4. Rider Conduct
- All riders must adhere to Big Air Indoor Bike Parks rules and regulations. Failure to comply may result in termination of the session without a refund.
5. Modification and Cancellation
- Big Air reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Redeeming Free & BOGO Passes
To redeem a Free or BOGO pass, the customer must first book a single session (for Free Pass) or a double session (for BOGO) via the Big Air Indoor Bike Park online booking system—the discount will be activated by applying your promo code at checkout. A maximum of two (2) BOGO pass double sessions can be used per person per day. All promo codes will be sent via email following the transaction.
