Welcome to Forster Cycles & Nutrition. We are a proud family owned business, having taken over the store in 2025 from Paul Nixon, who dedicated 15 years to building its reputation. We as a family have a passion for riding and have strong connection's with our local community.

As a family we actively volunteer with local BMX and Mountain Bike Clubs and operate our sister store, Big Air Indoor Bike Park. As Aus Cycle coaches, we have extensive experience in various cycling disciplines, including Downhill, BMX, and Freestyle BMX. Our commitment to developing the sport includes supporting programs that teach and encourage riders of all levels, fostering skill development and confidence.

We aim to provide high quality customer service, ensuring you find the right bike or product for your needs, along with the first free follow up service with your bike purchase. Our knowledgeable team, which includes two fully accredited bike mechanics,  are here to support you every step of the way.

We are excited to bring Forster Cycles into the mainstream with convenient services like online bookings, bike drop-off and pick-up options, and extended hours for repairs and parts at our sister store, Big Air Indoor Bike Park. PLUS we offer free passes to Big Air when you purchase in store or from our online store!!

At the heart of store is a commitment to giving back and growing and developing the sport of cycling for our local community. We already proudly support our community through donations, athlete and club sponsorships, and local employment and work experience opportunities at Big Air & will continue to do this with Forster Cycles & Nutrition. 

We’re also excited to introduce Wheels Café, featuring Bastia-made coffee, protein shakes, hydration slushies, and more—perfect for fuelling up before or after your ride! And coming soon with a dedicated nutrition section, where you’ll find all your sports nutrition needs, guided by Adam, who has 20 years of experience in the industry.

While we know there may be a few bumps during our renovation and store re-fit, we are dedicated to creating a bike store that our town can be proud of.
