Do you ship bikes?
Please note: Delivery options may vary depending on the bike brand. Some bikes cannot be shipped. Always check the individual product page for details on that specific model.
1. Ship to Home –
Have your new bike delivered straight to your door in a box. Minimal assembly is required, so basic mechanical skills and the right tools are essential.
If your order includes additional items, they may be shipped separately.
We strongly recommend having your bike assembled or checked by a qualified bicycle mechanic. If you choose to use a 3rd party service, any fees will be at your own expense.
Should the box arrive with visible damage, please take photos and contact us at bookings@bigairbikepark.com.au before starting assembly.
2. Local Delivery –
Get your bike delivered directly to your home, fully assembled and tuned by our expert mechanics.
Once your bike is built and ready, our team will arrange a convenient delivery time.
If you’ve purchased additional items, they will arrive with your bike.
3. Free In-Store Pickup
Collect your bike from our store located at ,
Every bike is professionally built and tuned before pickup.
Please allow up to 2 -6 for assembly on bikes that arrive boxed.

Returns & Exchanges
Full-priced items – eligible for exchange or online store credit.
Promotion/Sale items – final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help! While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we do allow exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of your order date.

Conditions of Return/Exchange
- Promotional or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and have all tags attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging (e.g., shoe box).
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- The customer is responsible for return postage costs (unless the item is deemed faulty by our team).
- If exchanging an item, the customer must cover the postage for the new item. An invoice for shipping will be sent before the replacement item is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Returns Policy before proceeding. Once you’ve checked the conditions, simply follow the steps below:
- Email us at bookings@bigairbikepark.com.au with your order number and a short note letting us know if you would like an exchange or a store credit.
- Repack your items securely in a carton (you can reuse the original packaging if available). Please include your invoice inside the package. For boxed items, make sure they are placed inside a satchel or protected with bubble wrap—returns may be refused if items arrive damaged.
I received a faulty or damaged item—what are my options?
We’re sorry to hear that your order didn’t arrive in perfect condition. If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Email us at bookings@bigairbikepark.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and if possible, photos of the damage. Our team will review your case and let you know the next steps, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
All faulty or damaged items should be returned to Forster Cycles.
Do you offer Click & Collect?
Yes! We offer a convenient Click & Collect service. Simply select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred store location.
Once your order is ready, we’ll send you a confirmation email or SMS.
